My name is Alberto Gómez. I am a coach and therapist.

For more than 14 years, I have been dedicated to the study and practice of personal transformation, supporting people through deep change processes at both a mental and behavioral level.

My professional journey began in the field of physical performance and nutrition, where I worked for years preparing competitive athletes and exploring firsthand the limits of the human body. That stage was deeply experiential: discipline, pressure, self-overcoming, mental control, and constant emotional management.

Over time, I came to understand something essential:
the true limit is not in the body, but in the mental structure that directs it.
